  • Rates are based on single /double occupancy. Additional guests add $25.00 per night, per person.

  • Rates are subject to change, and are subject to all applicable taxes 14%, currently.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners club,  Travelers Checks and Cash. Personal and Business checks are accepted only for advanced reservation deposits and can not be accepted upon check-in.   

  • One night advance deposit is required at time of booking.

  • Must present the same credit card at check-in, so that we can imprint your card. We will also need to make a copy of your identification, such as Driver’s License, State or Military ID, Passport, or Visa.

  • Incidental deposit charges are also taken at the time of check in; currently the incidental deposit charge is $100.00 per room.  

  • Holiday and Special Events may require a minimum stay and advance deposit.

  • Check in time is 2:00 P.M.

  • Check out time is 11:00 A.M.

  • Cancellation policy is 3 day(s) prior to arrival date. No shows and late cancellation after cutoff will be charged a penalty of one night room & tax.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.

  • Property is completely non-smoking.

  • Check-in age is 18 and over.

  • The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in. The name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation and the card holder must be present along with a government issued photo ID.
